Metapilot Academy offers advanced Master‑level programs, including an MBA for technical leaders and a specialized Master in Neurotechnology, alongside other AI‑and engineering‑driven Master tracks. All students receive a broad, integrated overview of AI, defense, aerospace engineering, robotics, biotech and neurobiology before choosing their own focus area. Our central Barcelona campus provides an immersive environment connected to Europe’s aerospace, mobility, biotech and defense ecosystems, while our Bucharest campus opens access to a dynamic Central‑Eastern European tech scene. Each cohort’s achievements are celebrated at a graduation and demo showcase at Schönbrunn Palace in Vienna, in front of 100+ investors, recruiters and ecosystem partners.

We welcome Master‑level students (MBA or MSc/MA) who seek a research‑and project‑intensive Master pathway hosted at Metapilot Academy, supported by external scholarships, mobility grants or company sponsorship . The academic structure is broad at the beginning and allows students to specialize after gaining exposure to all core domains.

Preferred profiles:

- Neurobiologists, neurotechnologists, neurologists transitioning toward applied neurotech and AI




- Biotech engineers and biomedical engineers
- Engineers with energy, climate, robotics or AI focus wanting to operate in aerospace, defense, mobility or health
- Early‑career professionals aiming for an MBA with a deep‑tech/AI orientation

Example Master project areas:

- Applied AI and robotics for aerospace, defense and autonomous systems
- Neurotechnology and human‑machine interfaces for pilots, operators and mission‑critical teams
- Biotech and neurobiology‑inspired solutions for health, cognition and performance
- Climate‑aware and energy‑efficient engineering for aviation, mobility or space
- Venture creation and technical leadership for deep‑tech startups

Funding, tuition and status

This is a hosting and academic supervision offer, not a direct scholarship. Candidates must secure:

- Erasmus+ or similar mobility grants, national or institutional scholarships, or
- Company sponsorship or other funding able to cover tuition and living costs.

We support strong candidates in aligning their proposed Master project with funding requirements and in preparing the necessary grant or mobility applications. Selected students will have the opportunity to present their work at our Vienna graduation and demo event to investors and recruiters.
