Role Summary:

We're looking for a People Operations Specialist to join our Operations team and own the employee lifecycle end-to-end. You'll take over running onboarding, offboarding, performance cycles, and the day-to-day people work that keeps a growing remote team functioning.

This is a unique opportunity to join a high-growth startup on a 100% equity-based compensation model , aligning your success directly with the company’s. You'll help build our people function from the ground up and directly participate in long-term value creation.

Qualifications:

- 3-5 years in people operations, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Experience managing the employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, performance reviews, and accurate record-keeping.




- Strong grasp of people-ops best practices and employment compliance in at least one jurisdiction; comfortable working with legal or compliance advisors.
- Experience with HRIS/ATS platforms.
- Experience creating, updating, and clearly communicating people policies.
- Familiarity with remote-first tools and supporting a distributed team across time zones.
- Ability to analyze people data, spot trends, and propose process improvements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with a focus on clarity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Strong organization and prioritization, with attention to detail and a hands-on, solutions-oriented mindset.
- No specific degree required - practical experience and a track record of getting things done count for more.
- Interest in proptech, startups, and building scalable people operations from the ground up.

Nice to have:

- Experience tracking and reporting on people metrics such as turnover, engagement, and headcount.
- Prior experience with equity-based compensation models.
