Saltwater Restaurant at Beaucette Marina, Guernsey, is seeking an experienced Senior Sous Chef to join its dynamic kitchen team. You will lead the kitchen during service, support the Head Chef, and ensure every dish meets the highest standards.
The role requires strong leadership, passion for quality food, and a commitment to food safety and HACCP. You will help develop menus, manage stock, train junior staff, and cover the Head Chef when needed.
