Responsibilities

- Manage worldwide P&L; for HPAM with end to end responsibilities.
- Leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and participates in cross-functional initiatives (Supply Chain, OPEX or Warranty).
- Acts as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies.
- Collaborates with business leaders to guide and influence strategic decision-making within a broad scope.
- Performs complex and occasionally highly complex financial analysis for a financial function or business, utilizing strong business understanding to achieve objectives effectively.
- Leads and drives business initiatives, overseeing analysts across multiple sub-functions within finance.
- Forecasts financial results within a broad scope and identifies opportunities for process improvement and policy development, actively engaging in their design and implementation.




- Represents the organization to external customers and clients.

Requirements

- Bachelor or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- Typically has 5 -7 years of work experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field.
- Preferred Certifications: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) could be an asset
- Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) could be an asset
