About the role

We are looking for a talented, creative, resourceful, and open-minded Project Manager based in Valencia, Spain , to join our team and work closely with our clients and projects across the Middle East region .

The successful candidate will be based in Valencia, working remotely and/or alongside our local team while acting as a key project management partner for our Middle East-based clients and stakeholders. This role requires a high level of flexibility and adaptability, including the ability to adjust working hours when necessary to align with Middle East business hours, client meetings, and project requirements. Frequent travel to the Middle East may also be required depending on project execution and client needs.

The idóneo candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and an excellent communicator, with strong representation and project management skills. They should be comfortable managing multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously and coordinating international teams across different time zones.

The Project Manager will work closely with our creative, design, technical, and production teams, overseeing a wide range of projects, including:

- Retail permanent stores
- Interior design and furniture
- Pop-up stores
- Window displays
- Events
- Experiential and brand activations

RESPONSIBIILITIES

Project Management





- Lead and manage ephemera ephemeral architecture and retail experience projects from inception to completion, with a primary focus on Middle East-based projects , ensuring alignment with brand identity, client expectations, and design intent.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables across Middle East and international stakeholders .
- Oversee the creation, management, and quality control of technical drawings, 3D models, renders, and other project documentation, ensuring compliance with CAD and internal standards.
- Coordinate cross-functional internal and external teams (creative, production, logistics) across time zones to ensure cohesive execution of Middle East projects .
- Monitor and control project budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards.
- Conduct regular project reviews, risk assessments, and status updates to stakeholders, proactively addressing any challenges or delays.
- Ensure successful on-site project implementation, managing logistics, timelines, and contractor coordination, particularly for Middle East executions .

Client Management

- Serve as point of contact and strategic partner for clients, building trust and long-term relationships.
- Translate client briefs into actionable proposals and project plans.




- Identify opportunities to expand account relationships and project scopes.
- Lead client communications with transparency and professionalism, including reverse briefs and debriefs.
- Ensure client satisfaction across all phases of project delivery.

RECQUIREMENTS

Education & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Engineering, Industrial Design, Product Design, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management within the exhibitions, events, retail, experiential, architecture, or related creative industries.
- Proven experience in the technical development, production, and delivery of projects such as permanent retail stores, pop-up stores, showrooms, window displays, POS materials, interior design, furniture, events, and experiential activations.
- Experience working with Middle East-based clients, stakeholders, suppliers, contractors, or projects is highly desirable.

Skills

- Fluency in Spanish and English is a must.
- High level of flexibility regarding working hours, with the ability to adapt schedules and attend meetings during Middle East business hours when required by client needs, project deadlines, or critical milestones.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with teams and external partners.
- Solid understanding of spatial concepts, construction processes, and design execution.
