Job Description

We are looking for a Cybersecurity & Compliance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you won't just check compliance boxes; you will be the cornerstone that ensures our systems, networks, and projects are both highly secure and compliant with international standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Secure the Foundation: Maintain and improve our ISMS in alignment with general frameworks (or equivalent practical experience).
- Hands‑on Hardening: Define and review technical security controls (network security, system hardening, and DR/BCP plans).
- Risk Management: Perform gap analyses and maturity diagnostics to protect company assets.
- Secure by Design: Partner with IT and Network teams to embed Zero Trust principles into new projects.
- Audits & Compliance: Actively participate in internal/external audits and compliance reviews (ISO 27001, NIS2, ENS).
- Culture & Awareness: Help develop cybersecurity training and awareness initiatives for internal teams.

What We Are Looking For

- Background: A degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications or a related field.
- Experience: Solid experience in Cybersecurity or IT (Systems Administration,



Network Engineering, etc.). Transferable technical skills are highly valued.
- Security Mindset: Familiarity with framework implementation (ISO 27001, NIS2, ENS, or similar).
- Project & Problem Solving: Proven ability to manage technical tasks or projects autonomously, with a proactive, solution‑oriented approach.
- Languages: Full Professional proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory.

Nice-to-Haves

- Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CRISC, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor.
- Experience with GRC, Risk Methodologies (Magerit, EBIOS) or regulatory standards (CCN-STIC).
- Knowledge of French.
