AIRBUS offers more than 70 vacancies for our full‑time graduate program in Spain – Discover II 2026/2027 – starting 5 October 2026 until 1 October 2027. We seek recent graduates from diverse disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector.
The selection process will run from April 2026 to July 2026.
What does this internship consist in?
Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive Discover program. Participants study a Master, organized in three training blocks, and undertake an 11‑month internship at Airbus in an area related to their degree. The internship starts early October 2026, lasts 11 months, is full time (40 h/week), and includes an attractive study grant.
Internship Job Description
The intern will join the Operational Environmental department of the EHS organization. The department is responsible for compliance with environmental obligations, monitoring and improving environmental performance, and achieving objectives aligned to Airbus’ strategy.
- Implement, monitor and improve the Airbus Environmental Management System and check compliance with the ISO 14001 standard at each site.
- Ensure environmental actions are performed in accordance with agreed procedures and tools.
- Define local communication tasks and provide visibility.
- Measure and support the improvement of environmental performance and support the employee awareness campaign.
- Monitor and promote environmental objectives in agreement with all site stakeholders.
- Support environmental objectives at plant level and the Environmental Local Roadmap established in the sites.
- Ensure appropriate actions are in place to continuously work towards environmental compliance and evaluate this compliance against environmental regulations (European, national, local).
Required Skills
- Degree in Engineering and/or Environmental Science.
- Advanced English language skills.
- Advanced IT skills, especially Microsoft Office. Project management skills are a plus.
- Advance knowledge in Google Suite and AI tools (Google Gemini).
- General knowledge and high motivation in Environment, Sustainability, and Aviation.
