Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for a Flemish Front Office Technical Support Specialist located in Sofia, Bulgaria, with a hybrid working model! In this key role, you will be the first point of contact for our Flemish-speaking clients, providing essential technical assistance and support for our products and services.

Responsibilities

- Assist Flemish-speaking clients with technical inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to hardware and software.
- Document client interactions and solutions in our support system.
- Provide guidance on best practices and optimal use of our products.
- Work closely with technical teams to escape complex issues when necessary.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance your technical knowledge and support skills.




- Gather client feedback and insights to improve our service offerings.

Requirements

- Fluency in Flemish and English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in technical support or customer service preferred.
- Proficient in troubleshooting technical issues and providing clear solutions.
- Familiarity with support ticketing systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a hybrid work setting.
