Airbus offers more than 70 full‑time graduate program vacancies in Spain for the Discover II 2026/2027 cohort, starting 5 October 2026 until 1 October 2027. The program is designed for recent graduates from various disciplines who want to build a career in the aeronautical sector. The selection process runs from April 2026 to July 2026.

Internship Job Description

As part of the program you will undertake an 11‑month full‑time internship at Air Power Central Finance. The internship focuses on supporting a finance manager or team in operational, planning and organisational tasks, with exposure to the business' financial performance and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Co‑pilot the financial performance, supporting the manager in delivering accurate forecasts and financial planning.
- Understand the business operational environment, including strategy, governance and constraints.
- Prepare financial models, simulations, business cases (projects, M&A;, tenders) and run scenarios to support decision‑making.
- Anticipate financial risks and opportunities, advising on mitigation and optimisation strategies.
- Identify and secure external funding opportunities.
- Produce accurate financial reporting and assess performance deviations with corrective actions.
- Analyse cost base, revenues and unit costs across Airframe,



Engine, R&D; portfolios.
- Support execution, ensuring data quality: compute hourly rates, resource review, cost reallocation models, audit purchase orders, trigger cost rebooking.
- Communicate with stakeholders: provide information for Investor Relations, enforce finance processes, define funding schemes, and maintain compliance.
- Raise finance awareness by sharing finance toolboxes and explaining key concepts.

Required Skills

- Recent graduate holding a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- B2 level English.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Team spirit with excellent collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in complex and international environments.
