About the Job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra, Mallorca, as the F&B; Supervisor you will oversee daily restaurant operations, supervise the service team, ensure exceptional guest experiences, maintain high service standards, and support smooth coordination between front-of-house and kitchen teams.

Responsibilities

- Leading and supporting the team to ensure smooth, guest-focused service across all outlets.
- Providing guidance, feedback, and training to develop team skills and performance.
- Delivering attentive, professional service and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Maintaining excellent product knowledge and promoting food, beverage, and service offerings.
- Upholding Mandarin Oriental’s high standards of service, hygiene, and cleanliness.
- Ensuring accurate accounting and adherence to operational procedures.
- Taking ownership of problem-solving and supporting the team in daily challenges.
- Stepping in for Restaurant Management when needed and prioritizing personal performance and development.

Qualifications





- Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally in luxury hospitality.
- Proven experience leading and developing teams in Food & Beverage.

Technical Skills

- Efficiently manage staffing, shift planning, and daily operational needs.
- Maintain high standards in menu presentation, table set-up, and overall service flow.
- Handle guest enquiries and complaints professionally, escalating when necessary.
- Support training and on-the-job coaching, including role-play exercises, to develop team skills and foster a positive work environment.
- Communicate clearly and proactively with colleagues and management to ensure smooth operations.
