Requirements

- Proficient/Bilingual Danish + advanced English
- ICT training completed
- Knowledge of network architecture and consumer electronics
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
- Technical affinity or previous technical support experience is a plus
