Role Overview

As a Technical Support Advisor , you will support customers with technical issues related to TV and audiovisual products, ensuring a smooth and high-quality service experience.

What You'll Do

- Provide technical support via phone, email, or chat
- Troubleshoot TV and audiovisual device issues
- Guide customers step-by-step to resolve problems
- Ensure high customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams when needed

Requirements

- Native or C1+ level in Danish
- Good level of English
- Interest in technology and troubleshooting
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in customer or technical support is a plus

What's Offered

- Salary: €21,400 gross/year
- Bonus: Up to €1,800 gross/yeari>
- Full-time (39h/week, Monday–Friday 09:00–18:00 )
- On-site in Malaga
