We are looking for a visually-driven, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Animation Intern to join The Post Office team in Madrid. This role is designed for a student or recent graduate with a strong passion for motion design and visual storytelling. You will support the team in the creation of visual assets for advertising campaigns, digital content, and film projects, while gaining hands‑on experience and understanding the pace and narrative demands of the industry.

Responsibilities

- Supporting the creation of motion graphics and 2D/3D animations according to project needs.
- Assisting with rotoscoping tasks, clean-up of footage, and preparation of files for the compositing team.
- Adapting master assets into multiple formats and versions for different platforms and social media.
- Participating in visual research processes and contributing to the development of styles for new pitches.
- Maintaining organized assets and following internal workflows to ensure efficient post‑production processes.

Requirements

- Final‑year student or recent graduate in Animation, Post‑production, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail, with a good eye for rhythm, color, and movement.
- Proficiency in After Effects and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator).
- Basic knowledge of software such as Cinema 4D, Maya, or Blender.
- Interest and knowledge in the application of AI tools is a strong plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively, take constructive feedback, and manage deadlines effectively.
- Portfolio/Reel: We are not looking for years of experience, but we do want to see your best academic or personal work.

Conditions

- Duration: 6 months
- Commitment: Full‑time (40 hours per week) Monday to Friday (09:00 to 18:00)
