Title: Senior Data Strategist

Type: Full-time

Role

You will play a key role in shaping and delivering high-impact data and AI transformation initiatives for Visium's clients. You will lead strategic workstreams, act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, and ensure the delivery of robust, actionable strategies grounded in strong data management principles.

You will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, leveraging your experience in consulting and data management to drive measurable business outcomes.

As part of your role, you’ll:

- Lead the definition and delivery of Data strategies and transformation roadmaps
- Own key workstreams (stakeholder discovery, capability assessments, roadmap design)
- Advise clients on data governance, operating models, and data management best practices
- Translate business challenges into high-value data, analytics, and AI use cases
- Structure analyses and deliver high-quality, insight-driven strategic recommendations




- Collaborate with data and engineering teams to ensure feasibility and impact
- Influence senior stakeholders as a trusted advisor on transformation initiatives
- Identify opportunities to expand engagements and create additional client value
- Contribute to proposals and positioning of Visium's Data & AI offerings
- Mentor consultants and contribute to practice development and thought leadership

Requirements

What we are looking for:

- 6+ years of experience in data strategy, data management, or top-tier consulting
- Proven track record leading Data transformation or strategy engagements
- Strong expertise in data governance, data management frameworks, and operating models
- Experience structuring and leading complex, client-facing workstreams
- Strong business acumen with the ability to link data initiatives to tangible impact
- Excellent communication skills with experience engaging senior stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to shape and grow client engagements
- CDMP (DAMA-DMBOK) certification is a strong plus
- Fluent in English, French is a plus
