GBSB Global Business School is seeking passionate and experienced Full-Time Faculty members to join our Madrid Campus for the Academic Year.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an international academic community and contribute to teaching, research, and academic excellence while working with students from over 60 nationalities.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate courses within your area of expertise.
- Supervise undergraduate and master's dissertations and participate in thesis defense committees.
- Tutor students and provide academic support throughout their learning journey.
- Contribute to curriculum development, academic quality assurance, and institutional initiatives.
- Conduct research and contribute to scholarly activities, including publishing in Scopus-indexed journals.
- Participate actively in faculty meetings, academic events, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Areas of Expertise

We are currently recruiting faculty members in one or more of the following disciplines:

- Finance & Accounting
- Finance, Accounting & FinTech
- Marketing, Communications & Operations
- Technology, Blockchain & Digital Business Models
- Law, Economics & Human Resources





Teaching assignments are indicative and may vary based on institutional needs and the successful candidate's expertise.

Qualifications

- PhD in a relevant discipline related to the area of teaching (or close to completion where applicable).
- Minimum of 3 years of university teaching experience at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
- Demonstrated expertise in one or more of the disciplines listed above.
- Experience supervising undergraduate and postgraduate research projects.
- Active research profile with the ability to contribute to scholarly publications.
- Strong command of English (language of instruction).
- Commitment to academic excellence, innovation, research, and student success.

Research Expectations

Faculty members are expected to:

- Publish at least one peer-reviewed Scopus-indexed journal article.
- Produce a minimum of three scholarly or intellectual contributions over a rolling five-year period, in line with institutional research expectations.
