Job Overview:
This role serves as the dedicated person-in-charge for LTSA (Long-Term Service Agreement) of the company’s utility-scale BESS (Battery Energy Storage System) business. You will fully oversee the commercial negotiation, clause implementation, contract performance, on-site operation and maintenance, risk control, customer relationship management and team management for all utility-scale BESS LTSA projects. Focusing on the full lifecycle services of grid-side, power supply-side and industrial & commercial large-scale energy storage power stations, you will take charge of core work including equipment maintenance, fault disposal, spare parts management and performance optimization. You need to ensure full compliance and KPI achievement of all ongoing LTSA projects, continuously improve customer satisfaction and project profitability, build a standardized and systematic LTSA service operation system, and support the long-term operation and secondary commercial value appreciation of the company’s existing energy storage projects.
Core Job Responsibilities:
Participate in the pre-bidding and commercial docking of utility-scale energy storage projects, lead the negotiation, customization and review of LTSA long-term service agreements. Accurately control core terms including service scope, service term, performance assessment indicators (availability rate, MTBF, MTTR), liability for breach of contract, spare parts guarantee and price adjustment mechanisms. Establish standardized LTSA contract and risk ledgers, clarify service scope boundaries, avoid performance risks, unify the company’s LTSA service standards and commercial caliber, and provide professional service plan support and technical & commercial consultation for the sales team.
2.Full-Cycle Project Performance & O&M; Management
Take full responsibility for the performance of new and existing LTSA projects, and oversee the full lifecycle operation and maintenance services after grid connection, including daily inspection, regular maintenance, equipment troubleshooting and emergency repair, PCS/EMS/BMS system debugging and optimization, battery cluster performance calibration, and thermal management system operation. Strictly implement contractual service standards, track core KPIs such as power station availability, system performance and fault repair timeliness, regularly deliver project performance reports and performance analysis reports, and ensure 100% compliant project performance to meet owner and grid assessment requirements.
3.On-Site Resource & Spare Parts System Management
Build a localized service system for utility-scale BESS LTSA projects, manage and dispatch on-site engineers, outsourced service providers and third-party O&M; teams nationwide, and standardize on-site operating procedures, safety specifications and service standards. Establish a complete mechanism for spare parts warehousing, allocation, replacement and inventory checking.
Accurately predict spare parts demand, control spare parts costs and logistics efficiency, solve on-site problems such as parts shortage, replacement and rework, ensure stable operation of power stations, and effectively reduce downtime and operation losses.
4.Fault Disposal & Technical Optimization
Lead the disposal of major and complex faults of energy storage projects, identify root causes, formulate rectification plans, preventive mechanisms and optimization strategies, and summarize standardized solutions through case review. Based on power station operating data, battery attenuation rules and system operating problems, collaborate with R&D;, engineering and quality teams to promote product iteration, program upgrade, structural optimization and O&M; process improvement, so as to continuously enhance the stability, safety and service life of energy storage power stations and optimize long-term project operation quality.
5.Customer Relationship & Satisfaction Management
Act as the core customer contact for LTSA projects, responsible for daily communication, monthly/quarterly O&M; reports and project review docking. Respond to customer demands in a timely manner, rectify existing problems and synchronize performance progress. Conduct regular customer return visits and satisfaction surveys, handle customer complaints and performance disputes, resolve cooperation divergences, maintain long-term and stable cooperative relationships, explore value-added service opportunities for existing projects, and support secondary contract signing and brand reputation building.
6.Team Management & System Construction
Responsible for the recruitment, daily management, skill training and performance appraisal of the LTSA service team, and build a professional long-term service and delivery team for utility-scale energy storage. Sort out and improve full-process LTSA service SOPs covering bidding scheme, performance management, on-site O&M;, fault handling, spare parts management, file archiving and risk control. Establish a standardized and replicable LTSA service operation system to continuously improve service efficiency and reduce O&M; costs.
7.Data Review & Cost Control
Regularly review performance data, O&M; costs, fault data and performance indicators of all LTSA projects, and deliver special review reports. Reasonably control project costs including labor, spare parts, travel and outsourcing expenses, optimize resource allocation, and improve the profit margin of each LTSA project. Summarize project performance experience, accumulate industry best practices, and optimize front-end LTSA commercial terms and service quotation systems.
