Key Responsibilities

- Lead full lifecycle implementation of core banking solutions.
- Deliver complex banking transformation projects in the Angolan market.
- Define project scope, timelines, and success metrics.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer engagements.
- Coordinate internal teams, partners, and vendors.
- Manage data migration, integration, and deployment activities.
- Monitor project performance and provide clear progress reporting.
- Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring compliance.
- Support business development and contribute to proposals.

Essential Requirements

- Extensive experience in IT project and program management.
- Strong background in managing core banking implementations.
- Fluent Portuguese language skills.
- Deep understanding of the financial services domain.
- Demonstrated success operating in high‑pressure, multinational environments.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in Angola or a similar emerging market.
- Background in financial institutions within West Africa.
- Knowledge of the payments domain.
- Experience with platforms such as Temenos, Oracle, or Finacle.
- Certifications such as PMP, Prince2,



or ITIL.
