At THE BOARD | people & talent, a firm specialized in recruitment and talent acquisition, we are looking for a Manager of AI to join in a fast‑growing international organization where AI is at the core of innovation, business growth, and customer value creation. You will define the strategic vision, lead a high‑performing team of AI experts, and transform cutting‑edge technologies into scalable solutions that drive real business impact across general markets.

What are we looking for?

- 8–10+ years of experience in AI, Data, Machine Learning, or Digital Product environments, with fluent English and experience working in international settings.
- Strong expertise in AI/ML technologies , including NLP, LLMs, Machine Learning pipelines, cloud‑based AI services, and modern AI ecosystems.
- Proven experience leading and mentoring multidisciplinary teams of AI Engineers and Data Scientists , fostering innovation, collaboration, and delivery excellence.
- Define and execute the AI strategy and product roadmap , identifying high‑value use cases and transforming PoCs into scalable, market‑ready solutions.




- Drive business development, pre‑sales, and client engagement activities , helping shape proposals, close opportunities, and expand AI offerings.
- Collaborate with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders across international markets to align AI initiatives with business needs and growth objectives.
- Define AI value propositions, positioning, pricing, and go‑to‑market strategies to maximize commercial success and market differentiation.
- Ensure the successful delivery of production‑ready AI solutions , balancing innovation, scalability, maintainability, and measurable business outcomes.
- Combine strategic thinking with hands‑on leadership, translating complex technical concepts into clear business value while driving continuous improvement and results.
