About the Job

As part of the Group Security division, you will define security standards, oversee the group-wide security posture, and provide centralised support services such as Crisis Management and Security Operations Centre to AXA entities.

Responsibilities

- Provide expertise and guidance for problems or questions around Digital security standards & market best practices (Support level 3)
- Define and perform controls to verify AXA’s digital assets are compliant with Group standards
- Provide technical support to AXA’s entities through the entire lifecycle and ecosystem of domain name management in a secure way
- Coordinate resolution to any deficiencies observed and make recommendation to affected stakeholders. Check effectiveness of corrective actions.
- Provide timely reporting on AXA’s digital assets quality & compliance level
- Support AXA Group with targeted actions to control the divestment and onboarding of entities from a Digital presence point of view

Qualifications

- Experience
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Technical Skills




Proven experience in managing internet architecture and digital infrastructure; experience with Domain registration, DNS configuration, SSL/TLS certificate management, network protocols and web technologies; scripting and development (Python, PowerShell, etc.)
- Soft Skills
Experience working in large and matrix organizations > 2 years; strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; excellent communication skills, ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders; result driven / delivery oriented.
