The Entertainment Manager & Choreographer leads the creative vision and execution of world-class entertainment experiences, shaping distinctive performances that captivate audiences and elevate the destination’s identity. Key Responsibilities

- Conceptualize and choreograph bespoke performances and immersive shows, ensuring each experience is unique, refined, and aligned with the seasonal vision.
- Curate and oversee end‑to‑end entertainment programs, from creative development to live execution.
- Lead and inspire a diverse roster of international performers and talent, maintaining exceptional artistic standards.
- Orchestrate rehearsals, staging, and live operations to deliver flawless, high‑impact performances.
- Collaborate closely with creative, production, and design teams to integrate music, costume, lighting, and spatial storytelling into cohesive experiences.
- Continuously evolve concepts through innovation and reinvention, ensuring each season introduces fresh narratives and elevated guest experiences.
- Oversee entertainment logistics, budgets, and talent management, ensuring operational excellence.

Qualifications

- Established experience in high‑end entertainment, choreography, or creative direction within luxury or large‑scale events.
- Good integral networks of entertainers and talent.
