What you will need:

- At least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master or working in an agile team.
- Agile mindset and profound expertise in implementing agility in cross‑functional teams.
- Knowledge of software development processes, dependencies, and digital products as well as methodologies and frameworks like Scrum and Kanban.
- Willingness to expand your comfort zone by sometimes leaving it.
- Very good command of the English language.
