The Role

We’re looking for aSenior Fullstack Engineer who’s passionate aboutproduct, user experience, and applied AI .

You’ll work end-to-end across the stack — from concept and design discussions to production-ready delivery — building features that make our platform smarter and more intuitive. You’ll collaborate with product and design early in the process, experiment withLLMs, embeddings, and semantic search , and help us bring real AI value into recruiting.

What You’ll Do

- Deliver features end-to-end across frontend and backend
- Collaborate with product and design during discovery and planning
- Integrate AI components (LLMs, embeddings, semantic search) where they add value
- Contribute to architectural discussions and ensure technical scalability
- Maintain high standards of code quality, performance, and testing

Our Stack

We work with a modern TypeScript-based stack:

- Frontend: React, Next.js, TailwindCSS
- Infrastructure: AWS (ECS, EC2, S3, CloudWatch), Docker, Auth0
- Testing & CI/CD: Jest, Testing Library, GitHub Actions
- Principles: SOLID, Domain-Driven Design, Clean / Hexagonal Architecture
