Reporting to Service Manager, we are looking for a Field Service Engineer located in Eastern Andalusia (Malaga/Granada), covering the south of Spain.

Main responsibilities

- Install, maintain and troubleshooting the Sebia’s instruments installed base distributed in a defined geographical area. Also support other geographical areas if needed.
- The installations and troubleshooting includes informatics related to our instruments: PC installation, LIS connections, connection to customer network, etc.
- Phone support
- Customer satisfaction: Develop and maintain excellent relationships with the customers. Ensure they are correctly taking care of our instruments and realize about their needs. Give an excellent service in a timely manner.




- Reports in time all the work done in CRM.
- Perform preventive maintenance and upgrades to comply with services KPI.
- Provide feedback to the manager concerning performance anomalies encountered in the field and suggest recommendations for improvements
- Stablish a regular communication with local sales representative to share customer needs and major issues.
- Local spare parts stock management.

Education/Skills

- Engineering or Technical Engineering, or Technical diploma.
- Informatics knowledge (databases, IP configurations…)
