This role is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic about digital marketing and dedicated to providing exceptional customer support. As a customer service representative, you will assist clients in utilizing the digital marketing platform effectively, communicating fluently in Danish.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage customer inquiries regarding the digital marketing platform via phone, email, and chat in Danish
- Provide guidance on platform features, tools, and best practices to maximize customer success
- Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and resolving technical problems promptly
- Educate clients on marketing strategies and campaign optimization to enhance their experience
- Document all customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system




- Collaborate with the technical team to elevate complex issues effectively
- Stay informed about industry trends and updates to provide relevant insights to customers

Requirements

- Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service or support, preferably in a digital marketing or technology environment
