Position Overview

As Sales Support Specialist, you’ll be a key contact for Wholesale, Consignment, Franchise, and B2B customers in the French region. Your mission is to deliver outstanding service and build lasting relationships between the brand and its customers.

Your Tasks & Responsibilities

- Manage the shared email inbox and respond professionally within 24 hours.
- Serve as a stakeholder in onboarding new customers, including B2B setup and account activation.
- Support and monitor accurate order entry.
- Oversee order book management and follow up on sales appointments.
- Monitor item availability, lead time changes, deliveries, packing slips, and invoices and communicate discrepancies to relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Finance, IT, EDI, Merchandise Planning, and Allocation teams.





What You Bring To The Table

- Commercial or business background with experience in a similar role.
- Customer‑focused and solution‑oriented mindset.
- Strong interpersonal skills and enjoyment working with people.
- Polite, tactful, and professional communication style.
- Analytical skills and comfort working with data and numbers.
- Ability to plan, prioritise, and perform under pressure.
- Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Salesforce, and SAP; prior experience is a plus.
- Strong organisational, administrative, and communication skills.
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
