We are looking for Designer who can handle the visual development of a major brand while also collaborating across the agency’s wider portfolio of projects and with experience working in web environments and digital content.

In short, we are seeking a highly resourceful professional with a hands‑on mindset and a strong willingness to get involved in a variety of creative challenges.

We value profiles with strong UX/UI sensitivity, experience in responsive design, and proficiency in tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

Ability to design landing pages, microsites, newsletters, and assets for digital campaigns, as well as to conceptualize and develop creative proposals aligned with the brand.

Strong sense of usability, visual hierarchy, and user experience.

What You'll Do

Build and evolve the visual universe of major brands based on strategic ideas, translating positioning and vision into consistent creative assets over time.

The day-to-day work combines campaign development, key visuals, and digital content creation.

- Design of digital campaign assets: landing pages, microsites, newsletters, display campaigns, animated GIFs, etc.
- Photo retouching and compositing using Photoshop, including AI-based image expansion.
- Preparation of artwork for both print and digital formats.
- Basic to intermediate video editing.

What You Need To Have

- More than 5 years of experience in creative design, ideally combining branding studios and advertising agency environments.
- Strong experience in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Figma.
- Experience working with AI tools for design.
- Strong ability to develop ideas, campaigns,



and brand universes with a clear business-oriented mindset.
- High level of executional versatility: from concept development and brand systems to final design, master assets, and client-ready presentations.
- Proven ability to present, articulate, and confidently defend proposals with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects and clients efficiently, with a proactive, autonomous, and collaborative mindset.
- Excellent cultural and visual sensitivity, a true obsession with design and storytelling, a commitment to continuous learning, and a high level of proficiency in both English and Catalan.
- Intermediate experience in video editing.
