- Intercompany Accountant fluent in English and Spanish

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Intercompany Accountant to join the Global Financial Services Department in Barcelona. This role will support the creation of a new Intercompany function, ensuring accuracy and alignment of intercompany transactions across the Group. A key priority is supporting the implementation of ICMR and the standardization of intercompany processes both for SAP and non-SAP companies.

Intercompany Accounting & Reconciliation

- Perform and monitor intercompany reconciliations across multiple entities, ensuring timely identification and resolution of differences
- Support the standardization of intercompany processes aligned with group policies including the documentation of current invoicing flows
- Ensure proper documentation and audit trail of intercompany balances

ICMR Implementation & Process Development

- Actively support the rollout and adoption of the ICMR tool across entities
- Contribute to defining and improving intercompany processes and controls
- Assist in data preparation, testing, and validation activities




- Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements as part of continuous optimization

Coordination & Stakeholder Management

- Act as a key point of contact for intercompany matters
- Coordinate with IT and Operations departments to understand and map all invoicing flows
- Provide guidance and training to stakeholders on intercompany policies, reconciliation processes, and system usage

Closing, Reporting & Controls

- Support monthly and year-end closing activities related to intercompany transactions
- Ensure intercompany balances are properly aligned and validated before closing
- Preparation of reporting and analysis of intercompany positions
- Contribute to internal and external audit processes related to intercompany matters
