About the Role

Are you a motivated German-speaking sales professional looking to take the next step in your career?

We are looking for a German-Speaking Sales Executive to join a fast-growing international company in Madrid, Spain . You'll manage the full sales cycle, from identifying new business opportunities to closing deals, while working with qualified inbound leads and outbound prospecting.

Your Responsibilities

- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Conduct outbound calls and engage with potential clients.
- Deliver product presentations and online demos.
- Guide customers through free trials and convert them into paying clients.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.

Requirements

- Native or fluent German (C2/C1).
- Good English communication skills.
- 1–6 years of experience in Sales,



Business Development, SDR, BDR, Account Executive, or outbound sales.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and working with sales KPIs.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Must currently reside in Spain.
