KeyResponsibilities

- Actasthebusinessandperformancepointofcontact forassignedclients

- Manageonboarding ofnewclientsandensuretheirproficiencyontheSaaSplatform

- Support clientsinimplementingandoptimizingdigitalcampaigns(mainlylocalcampaigns)





- Providerecommendations onmedia,budgets,andacquisitionchannels

- Manageclientportfolioperformance,renewals,andinvestmentgrowth

- MonitorbusinessandmediaKPIs (ROI,leads,conversionrates,clientsatisfaction)

- Relayanddeploynationaloperationsacrossretailnetworks

- CollaboratecloselywithSales,Tech,andOperationsteams
