Planet is seeking an in-office IT support specialist to assist our Madrid-based staff. You will provide hands-on, in-person support at the tech bar and desks for endpoint, peripheral, application, and connectivity issues.
You will also set up and troubleshoot meeting-room AV and Microsoft Teams Rooms, deliver VIP support for executives, manage device lifecycles, and assist with office moves and events in a hybrid, three-days-in-office model.
