Soho House Ibiza is seeking a Floor Manager to lead day-to-day club operations and ensure exceptional member and guest experiences. You will act as a brand ambassador with detailed knowledge of Soho House concepts and F&B; offerings, coordinating staff, POS, and procurement while upholding standards and policies.
The role requires a hands-on leader who can train hourly staff, manage relationships across departments, and maintain a polished appearance on the floor at all times.
