We have an exciting opportunity to provide IT technical support to end users and ensure the smooth operation of workplace services. The role combines user support, incident management and workstation administration in a corporate environment.

- Manage, track and resolve incidents and service requests through Jira Cloud and Jira Service Management
- Provide onsite and remote support to end users
- Administer and maintain Active Directory and related policies
- Install, configure and deploy workstations and end-user equipment




- Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
- Ensure proper categorization, prioritization and follow-up of support activities
- Vocational Training (IT) or higher education in a related field
- Solid knowledge of Windows environments
- Experience with Active Directory and policy management
- Knowledge of TCP/IP networking
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience with Jira Cloud and Jira Service Management
- Ability to document solutions and maintain knowledge management practices
