Area Operations Business Partner – Region Northeast – Full Time, Indefinite Contract.

Responsible for supporting veterinary clinics across the Northeast region, ensuring optimal operational performance and financial targets while delivering excellent client and team experiences.

Responsibilities

- Act as first point of contact for clinics, providing practical support for day‑to‑day operations.
- Collaborate with Managers/Directors to implement and maintain integral operational standards.
- Analyze performance data (KPIs, Balanced Scorecard) and identify improvement opportunities.
- Support the execution of action plans at clinic level defined by the Area Operations Director.
- Participate in financial improvement projects: pricing strategy, service evolution, and staff cost analysis.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with the MVH Europe Way of Working model.
- Implement local corporate initiatives: new digital tools, process changes, quality enhancements,



and change management support.
- Collaborate on client‑facing activities: online appointment optimization, NPS review, website updates, events, and promotional materials.
- Provide support for shift planning, regulatory compliance, patient flow, and cost control.

Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of experience in operations or multi‑site support roles.
- Strong communication, analytical, and multi‑priority management skills.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office and business data analysis tools.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred

- Experience in veterinary, healthcare, or services sector.
- Experience supporting operational or frontline teams.
- Basic knowledge of budgeting and cost control.
- HTML programming knowledge.
