Responsibilities

- End-to-end application management (integrate-test-qualify-deploy) in Intune
- L3 support activities (major incidents, technical issues faced by users)
- Bug analysis/fixes
- Feature development when necessary
- Contributing to product lifecycle management on local entity
- App packages configured through Intune, WIP, VPN setup
- Updating/resolving/closing SILVA incident tickets
- Reports (Security items, device count, apps/tools reports) through Intune/Log Analytics
- Documentation of all that will be implemented/configured

Qualifications

- Must have: MDM approach through Autopilot/Intune
- Must have: Windows Devices management




- Must have: Windows Information Protection (WIP)
- Nice to have: McAfee Cloud Proxy
- Nice to have: Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology
