- 5+ years of experience in people leadership, product/service management, program management, or similar
- 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or regulated healthcare technology industry
- Fluency in English and French
- Bachelor or advanced degree in Business or IT-related field
- Understanding of software development and/or service delivery methodologies
- Understanding of solution, information and process architecture
- Ability to define outcomes and maintain focus for teams
