Experteer Overview As an External Identities Customer Engineer, you will advise on and shape identity solutions using Microsoft Entra ID External Identities for enterprise and government customers. You’ll work within our professional services team to design, deploy, and optimize cloud identity architectures, balancing security and user experience. Your role drives impactful outcomes by aligning client needs with Microsoft Entra capabilities across B2B/B2C and cross-tenant scenarios. - Provide architecture, advisory, and support to enable identity solutions for customers
- Design, deploy, and optimize Microsoft Entra ID External Identities implementations
- Work on B2C/B2B and Cross-Tenant Access scenarios and related policies
- Troubleshoot complex identity issues and guide customers toward resolution
- Engage with clients to read their needs and translate them into scalable cloud identity architectures
- Assist in hybrid infrastructure designs and technology management for identity workloads




- Leverage Azure certifications and enterprise software expertise in customer engagements
- Operate independently and manage customer-facing responsibilities with strong communicationResponsabilidades
- 8+ years of customer-facing roles in systems architecture, administration, operations, or IT consulting for enterprise or government clients
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID products, especially External Identities (B2C, B2B, Cross-Tenant)
- Experience with Microsoft Entra Connect, ADFS, Microsoft Identity Manager (optional)
- Proven track record deploying and optimizing cloud environments
- BA/BS in Information Technology or equivalent experience
- Azure certifications (e.G., Solutions Architect Expert; Security Engineer;Administrator; Identity and Access Administrator)
- Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and interpret customer needs at executive level
- Expert level of Microsoft enterprise software product offerings
