Experteer Overview In this role you will develop and modernize IBM i (AS/400) applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to support mission-critical systems. You will analyze business requirements, optimize DB2 SQL, and design RPG solutions while contributing to legacy modernization efforts. You’ll work on batch and interactive processes, produce technical documentation, and help drive quality and continuous improvement in a complex environment.Compensaciones / Ventajas
- Develop and maintain applications in IBM i (AS/400) environments
- Perform functional and technical analysis of business requirements
- Manage and optimize SQL queries and processes in DB2 databases
- Design, develop, and test RPG programs
- Develop and maintain both batch and interactive processes
- Troubleshoot incidents and provide support for production applications




- Participate in technology evolution initiatives and legacy application modernization projects
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Collaborate with functional analysts, business stakeholders, and multidisciplinary technical teamsResponsabilidades
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of AS/400 system administration and support
- Strong knowledge of RPG, COBOL, and CL programming languages
- Experience with AS/400 tools and utilities (e.G., iSeries Navigator, Query/400)
- Knowledge of DB2 databases
