You drive a standardized, well-controlled payroll environment by leading governance initiatives, monitoring KPIs and managing audits with cross-functional partners. You develop dashboards and insights to support decision making and contribute to the Global Payroll Transformation journey, shaping future processes, controls and service delivery. - Drive payroll governance, compliance and internal control initiatives across multiple countries
- Monitor payroll risks, controls, audit findings and remediation activities
- Define, track and report Global Payroll KPIs and operational performance metrics

- Contribute to internal and external audit activities and ensure compliance with corporate standardsResponsabilidades
- Bachelor or master's degree in business administration, finance, human resources, accounting, or related field
- Several years of professional experience in governance, internal controls, process management, audit, compliance, shared services, or similar functions
- Payroll experience is highly desirable
- Strong experience in process governance, internal controls, risk management, and performance monitoring
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting, analytics, and BI tools (e.G., Power BI)
