Experteer Overview In this role, you will help clients modernize tech strategy, architecture, and systems, aligning technology with business goals to enable efficient transformations. You’ll work within Bain’s Technology Delivery Guild to orchestrate programs, manage large-scale efforts, and translate data into actionable insights. You’ll collaborate with client teams and mentors to deliver value through disciplined project management and governance. - Align technology strategy with execution across client and third-party teams
- Drive transformation programs by improving process efficiency and quality
- Manage scope, schedule, and budget for large-scale initiatives
- Apply PMO practices to monitor progress, risks, and timely delivery
- Analyze data, generate insights, and present recommendations to decision-makers




- Move clients to action by planning and overseeing implementation of strategic recommendations
- Mentor junior team members
- Document and communicate project progress, risks, and deliverables
- Collaborate with teams to prepare reports, workshops, and business proposals
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in project managementResponsabilidades
- 2+ years in tech transformations or tech consulting
- Strong knowledge of IT operating models, enterprise architecture, cloud, and process excellence
- Proficiency with project management methodologies and tools (e.G., Microsoft Project, ServiceNow, LeanIX)
- Ability to translate data into insights and present to stakeholders
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Organizational, problem-solving and deadline-driven work style
