- Background in Linux/Unix Server technologies (RedHat, CentOS, Ubuntu, Satellite)
- Deep knowledge in a specific IT infrastructure technology area (e.G., Platform, Compute and Storage, Network Management, etc.)
- Proficiency in coding/scripting (Python, Perl, Ruby) and working with Git (Bitbucket, GitHub)
- Experience with automation/configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet)
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to evaluate technologies via PoCs and assess feasibility for business needs
- Familiarity with Scrum/Agile methodologies and always-on service environments
