Experteer Overview In this role, you will develop accurate MEP cost estimates across design, tender and pre-construction phases to support commercial decision-making. You’ll collaborate with Project Management, Cost Management and technical teams to assess mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems for offices, retail and residential projects. - Prepare detailed MEP cost estimates and cost plans across multiple project stages
- Analyse MEP systems, specifications and technical documentation
- Support pre-tender estimates and bid evaluations
- Review contractor and supplier quotations for MEP packages
- Support procurement and commercial evaluation activities related to MEP works
- Contribute to value engineering and cost optimisation exercises
- Maintain estimating databases, pricing information and historical cost data
- Identify project risks,

- Prepare clear estimating reports and supporting documentationResponsabilidades
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
- Previous experience in MEP estimating within the construction or real estate sector
- Strong understanding of MEP systems, construction costs and estimating methodologies
- Ability to interpret drawings, specifications and technical documentation
- Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and estimating software/tools
- Strong communication and organisational skills
