Experteer Overview As a MEP Project Manager in Madrid, you will lead pharma construction projects onsite, shaping strategy, cost and schedule controls, and compliance. You will act as the main client interface, coordinating consultants, designers, and contractors to ensure governance and timely decisions. You’ll drive proactive risk management and align site activity with project standards for transparent reporting. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role with meaningful impact on project delivery and quality.Compensaciones / Ventajas
- Define project development strategy, procurement route, and Project Execution Plan
- Monitor cost plan, master programme, and risk register to forecast and inform decisions
- Coordinate client, consultants, designers and contractors with clear governance
- Oversee Quality Management System compliance, inspections, snagging, and tailored workflows




- Produce concise monthly client/operations reports with performance visibility
- Anticipate challenges to minimize delays, cost overruns and rework
- Align site activities with project standards for efficient delivery and real-time progress
- Provide stakeholders with clear, timely reporting to support decisionsResponsabilidades
- Minimum 3 years experience in industrial, pharmaceutical or logistics projects
- Engineering degree background (Industrial, Electrical or equivalent)
- Proficient in Office 365 and Microsoft Project
- Fluent English and Spanish for client interactions and meetings
- Strong knowledge of site operations, health u0026 safety, and sustainability standards
