one our clients based in Europe, we are currently looking for a Senior AI/ML Engineer.
Details:

- Contract Duration: 6 months with extension
- Location: Fully remote, with possible occasional in person team sessions / workshops / gatherings (i.e. 1x quarter) likely to take place in Prague
- US hours overlap: Min. 2–6 pm CET (ideally until 7 pm CET)
Scope:
-
- Led initiatives involving fine-tuning or distillation of large-scale models for specialized tasks
- Built or contributed to multi-agent architectures (e.g., LangGraph, AutoGen, crewAI) for distributed AI functionality
- Experience with multimodal systems (e.g., combining image, text, or audio inputs)
- Published work or contributions to leading AI research or open-source communities
- Designed AI-first features involving feedback loops, human-in-the-loop systems, or adaptive behaviors
Skills:
-
- Programming: Python (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Advanced ML: Deep Learning, NLP, LLM fine-tuning, Hugging Face Transformers
- Proven experience deploying LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral) into production environments at scale • Cloud & MLOps: AWS/Azure/GCP, MLflow, Kubeflow, containerization.
- Strong knowledge of distributed systems and data engineering.
- Strong knowledge of orchestration tools such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and experience with agent-based systems
- Fluency in English
