You lead a high-performing sales team, shape regional strategy, and build critical customer relationships with healthcare systems. - Lead and develop a regional sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets aligned with country and EMEA priorities
- Maintain and grow a regional sales pipeline with accurate forecasts and long-term plans
- Drive team performance through objective setting, results monitoring, and corrective actions using sales metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize order-to-cash and customer experience
- Establish and expand strategic relationships with key healthcare systems, accounts, and stakeholders in the region




- Provide insights and performance feedback to senior leadership to guide regional strategy

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales or commercial leadership role with direct team management responsibility
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent commercial and clinical experience
- Track record of achieving revenue targets through individual and team performance
- Experience leading complex sales cycles within healthcare or similarly regulated environments
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
