About the RoleAs the Field Account On Trade in the area, you will be accountable for creating value through driving sales and developing strategic relationships with key customers in the area assigned. You will create the legacy of Bacardi and drive key decisions that will significantly affect Bacardi’s full portfolio presence in the Spanish On trade. Your deep commercial knowledge, ability to develop strategic relationships and lead and inspire a Sales team will be key to your success in this role.Responsibilities- Contribute to delivering the two objectives of the On‑Trade team: EFO & new model.- Accountable for implementing the Commercial plan that delivers against customer programs agreed in the Country Integrated Activity Plan (IAP) for On‑Trade customers.- Negotiate in the point of sale to achieve distribution and visibility targets.- Drive the use of Picture of Success and other approaches to activate our brands and influence consumers at the point of purchase.- Identify opportunities and guide the development and execution of strategies to maximize Bacardi’s performance at On‑Trade customers in your region, achieving value creation.- Be available to work nights, visit clients, and check activation levers as needed.Skills & Qualifications- Demonstrable track record of performance in commercial field sales (preferred).- Demonstrable affinity with On‑Trade, Events and/or Promotions.- Solid ability to organize your work independently and effectively.- Good communicator and active listener.- Team player.Compensation, Paid Time Off & Retirement- Competitive Pay Package- Competitive Holiday/Paid Time Off, plus additional days offered (e.G., volunteer day allowing you to give back to the community)- Retirement/Pension Plan- Medical, Critical Illness,
