Experteer Overview
In this role you will establish and lead Liebherr's Global SAP Functional Operations as part of the IT Shared Service Center in Madrid, guiding the shift from project delivery to steady-state operations for SAP S/4HANA. You will build and manage global Level 2/3 support, define the AMS operating model and governance, and oversee external providers where appropriate. You will drive continuous service improvement across international Sales and Service companies, collaborating with program management, Hypercare teams, and partners. This is a hands-on leadership position in a diverse, international team focused on operational excellence and transformation.

• Build and scale the global SAP Functional Operations with Level 2/3 support capabilities
• Define and implement the Integral SAP AMS operating model including governance, processes, SLAs, and knowledge management
• Lead transition from implementation/Hypercare into stable operations with structured knowledge transfer
• Oversee incident, service request, problem management to meet service levels
• Establish governance, KPIs, reporting, and continuous improvement for stability and quality
• Evaluate, onboard, and manage external AMS providers ensuring governance and integration




• Develop a high-performing international support team and promote collaboration and development
• Drive process optimization, documentation, automation, and best practices using tools like ServiceNow

Responsabilidades
• 10+ years in SAP Application Management/Operations/ERP support or transformation programs with leadership experience
• Proven track record leading SAP Level 2/3 support in international SAP/AMS environments
• Strong knowledge of SAP lifecycle management, Hypercare, and transition to operations
• Experience defining support operating models and managing external providers or AMS partners
• Solid understanding of SAP functional processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Service, Manufacturing
• Experience with IT Service Management frameworks (ITIL) and tools like SAP Cloud ALM and ServiceNow
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills; ability to collaborate across IT, business, and partners
• Fluent in English; German or Spanish an advantage
• Willingness to travel up to 20% to Liebherr sites worldwide
