Experteer Overview In this role you will translate data into actionable product insights to guide development and strategy. You will partner with product, design, and engineering to define success metrics and run experiments, shaping how the product grows for millions of creators and brands. You’ll balance deep analysis with a big-picture view to identify opportunities and influence the roadmap. - Translate data into compelling stories to guide product decisions and strategy
- Define KPIs, metric trees, and goals that link product impact to business outcomes
- Design, run, and evaluate A/B tests and caausal analyses to measure feature impact
- Surface insights to size opportunities, highlight trade-offs, and sharpen prioritization
- Collaborate with engineers and data teams to build reliable, scalable data models and tracking
- Create dashboards, enable self-service,



and improve data literacy across product teamsResponsabilidades
- 4+ years in product analytics or similar area, ideally in SaaS or consumer-facing products
- Experience designing and evaluating A/B tests and other experiments
- Strong SQL and BI tools (e.G. Tableau); Python/R is a plus
- Ability to translate data into hypotheses, opportunities, and product decisions
- Solid grasp of statistics, causal inference, and distinguishing signal from noise
- Clear, compelling storytelling to influence PMs, engineers, and leaders
