Experteer Overview In this role you manage the end-to-end Purchase Order process to support BU operations, ensuring clean PO documentation and timely alignment with MRP needs. You will conduct spot sourcing for defined scopes, manage supplier data in ERP, and resolve invoice and goods receipt discrepancies. You also handle supplier changes and maintain data integrity to minimize procurement risks. This role offers hands-on impact in optimizing cost, delivery, and supplier performance within Flowserve's sourcing framework.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Place and manage Purchase Orders (including AMO where applicable) per supplier terms
- Ensure POs are clean with correct documentation and drawings
- Manage Open POs, aligning dates to MRP needs and handling change orders
- Execute spot sourcing for defined scope and RFQs per global sourcing strategies
- Create/expedite new supplier requests and changes via the MDG-Supplier process




- Identify supplier risks and escalate appropriately
- Maintain ERP data parameters for Supplier Data and Supply Chain owned fields
- Address pricing/quantity discrepancies impacting invoice payment or goods receipt
- Comply with Flowserve policies and proceduresResponsabilidades
- 2+ years in Supply Chain
- Strong interpersonal relationship management
- Solid commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Project Management
- Knowledge of regional supply base for assigned categories
- Strong analytical skills (data collection, analysis, interpretation)
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
- Ability to influence, communicate, and collaborate across levels
- MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
