Experteer Overview As Senior Contract Manager, you will oversee contract management across large energy projects, guiding commercial and contractual activities from start to finish. You’ll work closely with procurement and legal teams to shape tender strategies, monitor supply chain risks, and manage variations, claims, and disputes. You’ll maintain rigorous records, analyse data for forecasting, and report contract status to senior leadership. - Oversee contract management across the full lifecycle of large energy projects
- Develop and define tender and contract strategies with cross-functional teams
- Monitor supply chain developments and provide market intelligence on risks to critical paths
- Support development of PQQs, tender documentation, evaluation criteria, and scopes of work; evaluate FEED and EPCI proposals
- Manage commercial and contractual matters with procurement and legal teams; lead claim negotiationsand disputes




- Maintain comprehensive records to assess contract variations
- Ensure lifecycle contract compliance, including deliverables, variations, and disputes
- Conduct data analysis and reporting for forecasting, planning, and record-keeping
- Communicate contract status clearly to stakeholders, including senior leadership
- Build and manage strong relationships with internal stakeholdersResponsabilidades
- 7+ years of contract management experience within major capital programs
- University degree in project management, engineering, supply chain, procurement, quantity surveying, business, or related discipline
- Contract management experience across project lifecycles including change management and claims management
- Extensive knowledge of Contracts for Surveys Operations
- Understanding of financial analysis and reporting of project budgets
- Ability to build and maintain close relationships with internal stakeholders
