Experteer Overview In this role you will lead e-commerce strategy and operations for Xiaomi products, shaping campaigns and product propositions. You will coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to launch products and marketing initiatives, while analyzing market and consumer data to optimize performance. - Oversee e-commerce strategy, operations, and seasonal promotions for Xiaomi products
- Update product listings and propositions to support marketing campaigns and e-commerce actions
- Lead end-to-end project management for product launches and marketing campaigns with cross-functional stakeholders
- Analyze competitive landscape (SWOT) to differentiate product propositions




- Monitor local market trends and consumer behavior; dive into campaign datato continuously optimize performance

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
